These high school sweet hearts know how to throw a party! Let there be no doubt, a room full of close sorority sisters and fraternity brothers is a sure recipe for a good time. Add in close friends and family and you’ll find a wedding that was like no other.
The girls kicked off the weekend in St. Augustine for Phyllis’ bachelorette party, while the guys traveled to Lakeland to pick up a little something special for Phyllis (see gift below). The next morning all the girls were treated to facials, pedicures, and massages at The Palms Day Spa, in DeBary, FL. Thanks Karen! I need to shoot more weddings where I start the weekend with a relaxing facial!
Primping, curling, and wedding magazine perusing started early on Saturday at Perry’s Ocean Edge Resort on Daytona Beach. Karen and her stylists from The Palms Day Spa also came to style everyone’s hair and they did an amazing job! All the ladies looked absolutely gorgeous…Phyllis and Richard picked a very attractive wedding party! A little rain (aka Florida afternoon thunderstorm) came through during the ceremony, but nothing could put a damper on the sweet union that took place at Seabreeze United Church.
The party moved on to The Peninsula Club when Michael Lamy and his band kept the crowd dancing all night. From the simply irresistible Zeta line dance to the Lambda Chi Magic Carpet Ride dance (I’m not sure I’ll ever understand this dance…) the night was full of fun, laughter, and great moves.
Phyllis and Richard…I love you guys and hope you have an amazing time soaking up the sun and enjoying each other in the Domincan Republic!
