North Carolina should have more than three snow plows: ’nuff said. Cabin fever sets in quickly when roads are covered in snow and the whole city of Raleigh-Durham area closes due to inclement weather. Northerners are laughing at us…but they have snow plows. Either way, nothing beats getting to spend time at home with my husband, tackling each other in the snow, homemade french onion soup with melty cheese, cookies n ‘scream (our version of snow cream with Oreos), and finding a snowy trail to photograph. What a relaxing weekend! Now it’s back to uploading pictures, returning emails, and rescheduling engagement sessions.
